HeyOK Performance Brake/Reverse/Driving Light Controller

The HeyOK Brake/Reverse/Driving Light Controller is the easy way to add more realism to your scaler project. Not everyone wants to add turn signals to their rig, but brake lights and reverse lights are a welcome addition to any project.

The HeyOK Brake/Reverse/Driving Light Controller is a custom circuit designed to enhance your light system. It will let you easily add brake lights, and reverse lights and there is also an output for running driving lights. This is a small controller that plugs into CH2 between your receiver and your ESC.

There are four plugs on its output to plug into your lighting. In order from red, white, green and red the connector functions are:

• Red = Brake Output: When the brakes aren’t on, the brake lights glow dimly to mimic tail lights. The brakes are on when the throttle control is in neutral. Uses connector labeled “brake” in photo.
• White = Reverse Output: When you push on the throttle control to go backwards, this will supply power to the reverse lights. Uses connector labeled “reverse” in photo.
• Green = Driving Output: When you pull on the throttle to move forward, this output turns on. Maybe connect it to a set of high beams or driving lights or a light bar. Uses connector labeled “forward” in photo.
• Red = Always On: Constant power. Use for any lights you want on 100% of the time. Uses connector labeled “always on” in photo.
